Default Traffic Quote 0MB
After upgrading to 3.2, I have found that the Traffic Quote defaults to 0. How would this affect website accessibility?

There is no effect, traffic quota 0 is ignored.

I cannot save a 0 value and have set it to -1 when I am changing the website parameters

Exactly, thats intended. If you want to have unlimited traffic, set it to -1, if you want a limit, set it to the number of MB that the traffic shall have.
