Default Where in ISPConfig3 code are the log locations?

I've changed locations of some of the log files, put them in subdirectories to clean up the /var/log/ some. They are all working correctly but ISPConfig3 can't find them now. I've looked through the code but can't find where ISPConfig3 specifies where to look for rkhunter, pure-ftp, and other logs it monitors. Any hints? Thanks.
System6Hosting.com, ISPConfig 3, Debian.
