Default What do I need to backup?

I've got an ubuntu 9.04 server running Ispconfig 3.0.1.3.

My server is setup to sync to my Amazon S3 but I'm not sure what specific directories I need to sync.

Obviously /var/www is on the top of the list.

But I also would need the directory for all the MYSQL databases as well as E-mail. And is there anything I'm forgetting?

You have to sync at least /var/www, /var/vmail, the mysql databases and config files like /etc/passwd, /etc/shadow etc.
