Default Problem with config of pure-ftpd

Hi,
I want to create a user can upload in a directory, he can create directories and files but he can't delete these files.
It's possible ?? and how to do this ?? ...thanks for advance

You can chmod 311 the upload directory. That way users can upload, but not see what is in the directory.
