Mydns starting problem

Hello!

I want to start mydns, but it doesnt. when i start( /etc/init.d/mydns start) It writes:

mydns[17885]: Server pid 18967 died
mydns[18968]: Error connecting to MySQL server at localhost: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (13) (errno=13)
mydns[17885]: Server pid 18968 died
mydns[18969]: Error connecting to MySQL server at localhost: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (13) (errno=13)

and thats az infinite loop...

What should I do? My socket is not here, but i dont know how to configure the mydns to use not /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock but /var/RUN/mysql/mysql.sock .

Looks like mydns is starting before mysql during the boot.

i have read,but the problem is not with the start suring the boot, simply starting.

ok, i fixed it (cahnged mydns version), so no i can start or stop the mydns, but, i have the errors in the console, and in the log:

mydns[18968]: Error connecting to MySQL server at localhost: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (13) (errno=13)

but the mydns is working perfect

You have to rerun the latest ispconfig update and choose to reconfigure services as your mydns configuration has been overwritten as you updated mydns.
