Is it possible to use ISPConfig to setup multiple FTP accounts that share folders whereby some users are owners who have full rights only to some folders and partial rights to other folders? (can add but not delete files etc)
If not, is there any recommended GUI for pureFTPD that will work or at least won't conflict with ISPConfig?

Not as far as I know. Using any other gui for a service controlled with ISPConfig will cause a conflict.
Thanks Till. Look like I will have to remove ISPConfig and find a GUI that will reveal PureFTPD full feature set since we are using this mainly as FTP server. Anyone has a recommendation? The GUI I found for pureFTPD are mostly quite basic, only provide GUI for creating and deleting FTP account.
