Question pop before smtp in postfix

I am looking for some guidelines on implementing pop-before-smtp (a.k.a smtp-after-pop) feature in postfix. This could apply to any of the Ubuntu/Debian related howtos (perfect server/ispconfig etc) for starters. I mean, this is what I am looking for at the moment. Perhaps later on someone can also do this for other distros.

Thanx in advance for considering.

Is there any reason why you don't want to use SMTP-Auth?
