Default The database XXXX can not be changed

I can't seem to change the database to other Client.

The database name can not be changed
Is this a bug or a 'feature?'
3.0.1.4

Edit...
Got it. It's a feature because the database name is c[CLIENTID]xxx so it's dependant on the client number.
And ISPConfig cant change the database name for some reason.
