Default lighttpd dead

Hi all
i have problem with lighttpd
when i run
"service lighttpd restart"
outputs:
Stopping lighttpd: [FAILED]
Starting lighttpd: [ OK ]

"service lighttpd status"
outputs :lighttpd dead but subsys locked

i run /script/fixweb , i run /script/upcp and reboot but nothing happened
i switch to apache and then switch back to lighttpd but it doesn't solved
i check the log, " Configuration of plugins failed Going down "
what do u suggest?
