Sure, you can create them in squirrelmail or any other IMAP client.

Please provide some logs for the issues like /var/log/mail.log and /var/log/syslog which show the messages that occur while receiving mail.

The mail.log does only show a postfix restart, no incoming mails.

What's the output of
netstat -ntap
and
ps aux | grep -E '(amavis|clam)'
?

I made some changes (Not sure what) but I am now able to send mails externally and internally but cannot receive any emails from external email addresses.

I created the first email account on the domain from my SP but when creating the second email account on ISPConfig 3 and I respond to that mail I receive an error ('mail1@telebutler.co.za' on 19-08-13 09:11
550 Unroutable address)

Hi,
I now have the following issue.
We have setup our email on domain.com and I have setup another mail domain name called mymail.co.za. I have setup an account on the main server and used this account on ISPConfig and created the same account there. When I log into this account I can send and receive emails via ISP config no problem. When I create a new account on ISPConfig (mail1@mymamil.co.za) and not on the server of our SP then I am able to send mail but not receive any I get the following error message when I reply to that mail:
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'mail1@mymail.co.za' on 19-08-13 09:11
550 Unroutable address

Is this right or am I missing something that will connect this mail account to our SP.
Please assist.
