Ok, that's most likely the problem. Please delete the system user account.

That would solve the issues with my alredy setup accounts. But as mentioned when I create a new virtual email account in ISPconfig3 I get the following error messages when loggin into squirrelmail:

ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: SELECT "INBOX"
Reason Given: Unable to open this mailbox.

and

ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: SUBSCRIBE "INBOX.Sent"

Is there an easy way to uninstall and re-install squirrelmail and postfix?

Did you send an email to that account prior to logging in?

Yes after reading your email I created a new account in ISPconfig3 and then sent an email to that account using my yahoo email. I then logged in and got the same error messages.

Also it seems like my emails can't be received my squirrelmail. I can see I have mail when I login by ssh but I cant get to them by squirrelmail.

As mentioned earlier when I was using the systems users in squirrelmail I was able to send emails but not receive emails. Maybe that has something to do with it. I will try and send an email from a systems user then login.
