Default 64 Bit?

I have these choices for OS

Debian 5.0
Ubuntu 8.04 LTS
CentOS 5
OpenSuse 11.0/11.1

all as 64bit as well

my dedicated remote servers hardware:

RAM 1 GB
CPU Opteron 146
HDD 160 GB (RAID 1)

what should I go with? should I use 64 bit?

I've been using openSuse 10.1 for a few years now with ServerAdmin24 but this is no longer available with my ISPs new boxes so I need to upgrade and I have to pay extra for Plesk hence ispconfig3
