Default local server

I currently set up ispconfig 3 on a local server to try it out and test it before i put it on the main server, but the internet connect is pretty poor, so every thing i do it limited. wehat i wanted ot know was.
when i make a user and a site and a ftp they all seem to work.
but how can i get on the users website from the local ip address is this possible?
as in 192.168.0.30:7777 would take me to the users site?
