Folder protection
Hi developers
PLS integeat a possibility for creating password protected folders.
The script should creat a .htaccess and .htpasswd file.
Many users do not want create this per hand. Its a important feautre.

Using .htaccess files is the best performance killer.
Apache have to scan the hole directory structure on each access.
If you want password prodected folders - do this with sql authentication.
