Question Web Folders not created!!!

Installed ISPConfig 3.0.1.3. Created first test site. All good. (followed perfect server for Ubuntu 9.04).

Have come to create the second site, gets created in the database can see it in the admin system but no files, apache config or anything is created.

Under a bit of pressure to get this working so any help would be very greatly appreciated.
