Default htaccess to one page on a site

I need to protect one page on a site with htaccess. In ispconfig 2 it was very easy to do, how is it done in version 3? I cannot see anywhere in the control panel to do so.

You will have to create the .htaccess file manually.

You should create htaccess file manually and i think it will be better. But if you have any other option that is perfect you can use.
