php pages don't work

hi there!

i installed ISPConfig 3, and every thigns went smooth, until i tried to access my phpmyadmin and webmail, i am getting nothing any page.php doesn't work, i am just seeing the cods in the pages

i made phpinfo page and it doesn't work as well

talk a look here

when i am trying to /etc/init.d/httpd restart
i am getting this error

If you only see the actual php code instead of parsed php code, then you have not turned on PHP for that website.
