Question about Ubuntu ISP setup

The tutorial on Page four recomends that you don't create directories for web based administration (for courier). I'd like to be able to administer my server from another computer do I just select yes anyway?

I've never used this web-based administration feature, so I can't say.
But if you're thinking about webmail, you can install Squirrelmail or Uebimiau later, so you can still select 'No'.

I was actually thinking more along the lines of adding new users and similar from a diffrent computer

I don't know if you can do this with the web-based administration of Courier, but you can try.
