Default Move ispconfig server - how to change?

What to do to change the server-domain for moving the hole server with ispconfig3?

Nothing ISPConfig specific with that. Just change it in the normal config files of your linux distribution like /etc/hosts, /etc/hostname, /etc/mailname and postfix main.cf
