Default Get the rid of it :( htaccess

First of all:

I Love ISPCONFIG!

Second:
I Love the support forum.

So here is the question:
On every page that i have where a .htaccess file is there is a error:
500 Internal Server Error.
In the log:
/var/log/apache2/error.log
There is NOTHING related to this.
So, in other topics i have read that you must make Apache as a module.
but.. Al my websites are always Apache ad module! (Mod-PHP)
So the question is:
Where can i find more about the errors? Is there another log?

Tnx in advance,

John
