Create a DNS server withow being able to edit the DNS Zone file

Hello, well, I have read the following tutorial http://www.howtoforge.com/ispconfig_dns_godaddy which is really a nice one, but what I want to ask is: how to create a DNS server withow being able to edit the DNS Zone File. My domain is www.mydomain.com.br and I don't have access to edit the DNS Zone Files, what should I do?
do I have to create something at ISPConfig?
