Blank (white) screen in control panel

Hello,

We have not changed anything on our server, but now suddenly we have a blank screen in our control panel. It is on the SYSTEM page. I would like to edit the CP users, but all the choices have this problem. (GROUPS, SYSTEM etc...)
I just got a white page ?
Is this a php problem ?
I also upgraded now to the latest version, but no luck....
The other pages do not have this problem.
