Default Need help setting up domainpop with postfix

I have setup postfix and dovecot and i am able to send email to other domain on the internet. How can i setup postfix to use user catchall to collect all the emails from the main mailserver(our mail hoster).

Ive been using mdaemon for windows and was force to use ubuntu. Think ubuntu is great but still very new. Mdaemon had a option called domainPOP which collected the emails from the hoster's mail server and tehn when users check their email via outlook then it will download the email from my server. but email send will be forwarded to my email server and then to the hoster's email server.

Can someone help me to setup postfix so that it can collect the email from the hoster's server.
