Default apt-get and packages downloading.

Hello guys !
I know, my question is not suitable for this part of forum, but I can't find more suitable part.

I can download packages with (-d option for apt-get install) ONLY if that didn't installed. I need to download some packages with their deps for installing on other pc. But I can't download packages if this packages is already installed. I don't like to download debs manually, resolve deps in my head

Any suggestions please!
