Default redirect 301 problems

Hi, i need make a permanent redirection like this:

mydomain.info?id=xxx$field=yyy -> mydomain.info/zzz

I've changed my site completely. In order not to lose my pagerank I need to redirect each of the links.
I do not know how redirection addresses continents ?id=... . I tried to escape the "?" character but nothing.
Any idea?
