Fcgid Bug ISPConfig 188.8.131.52?
If you change the domain owner (client) of a web via Sites -> Web domain -> domain and you have fcgi enabled, PHP doesn't work anymore and the server gives an 503 error. This seems to be caused by a forgotten chown. Not only the fcgid-starter needs the new owner group set but the script containing folder (web*) as well.
Maybe so. can confirm this, before this goes to the bugtracker.
EDIT: added this to bugtracker. Applies to the stable 184.108.40.206 too.
