Default Auto kill a 'hangin' process after xx minutes..

Lets try here....

I've got some code that is sometimes 'hangin' and taking 99% cpu power of one of the 4 CPU's in my server. (I guess that you can call it bad code)

What I'm after is a program/script that can be set to autokill a process if it's passes a set time and taking more than a pre-set CPU use!

Anyone here who might know of any program/script that can do this?
If so.. I could use it to auto kill the 'hanging' process when it's sitting at 99% for lets say longer than 10 minutes.
