I seem to be having a problem when transferring file to my directory. I can sign in using a ftp but but doesn't seem to have permission to upload or change files. I'm not able to sign in as the root user. Can someone please walk me through this bump. Thank you

You can never login as root user to ftp for security reasons. If you login with a ftp user that you created in ispconfig, then upload the files into the subdirectory named "web".
This is the error I get when trying to uploads files to the directory using an ftp client. Is there something I have to do to give administrative permission to the user. Please help
Ok I think i got it figure out. My problem was I didn't created a user for FTP in the Ispconf. Was using the user that was created when I install Ubuntu.
