/var/www/sitesnew/cgi-bin
/var/www/sitesnew/log
/var/www/sitesnew/ssl
/var/www/sitesnew/tmp

because i have create in automatic a new link
/var/www/sitesnew/webmail

i will insert in the script of the ispconfig this string

These dierctories were created by the apache plugin. The plugins are in /usr/local/ispconfig/server/plugins-available/
