Question Who likes a Challenge? Help an old guy out

If I have posted in the wrong spot, kick me off the curb and let me know were to go...

I no nothing about computers or only enough to be deadly to it.

I needed a file server and I found the "Simple Home File Server (Based On Ubuntu)"

I followed the instructions from http://www.howtoforge.com/ubuntu-home-fileserver-p2

Very well done by the way. But, a few problems.

1) Me
2) I don't have a wired connection for it, only a wirless
3) How do I install the wireless adapter after the initial re-boot? Adapter is the Linksys WUSB54G
2nd HD is connected and I have not moved on to that next step of finding the name or formating that 2nd drive.

I am afraid I will need Dummies for Ubuntu explanations.

Thanks for taking on my challenge. I would shake your hand but my arm might fall off.
To old to know better, not old enough to be grumpy. "Yet"

How do you mean that? Did you set up the initial system without any network connection?
