Default Httpd will not start

im installing on another box witht he perfect setup on FC 3. everything goes well till i try to start httpd and here is the error

Starting httpd: /usr/sbin/httpd: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.4: failed to map segment from shared object: Permission denied
[FAILED]



i have searched and not found a solution on the net. Has anyone seen this error before?

If you dont need curl, you can try to deactivate the curl extension in your php.ini

Otherwise try to install or reinstall the curl or libcurl package from Fedora.
