Default Retrieve Admin's email ??

I've successfully setup ISPConfig 2 on my Ubuntu.
I'm able to create new client with new site, email, send / receive client's email.

In the server setting I put admin as admin@mydomain.com (it's a local intranet only).
I tried to POP admin email with user 'admin' and password to login ISPConfig, but it failed
I was wondering whether this email is created automatically by ISPConfig or I have to create manually ?
Is admin's email user same with admin's login user ?

Thanks for any help.
