Default ISPConfig API

Wasn't there an API for ISPConfig? I remember installing it some time ago, but never had time to use it. After upgradding to 2.2.0 I went to download the API package and it wasn't there. Any ideas as to where it's gone?

##Edit##
The API for ISPConfig is called 'Remoting Framework'
