Squrrelmail, ISPConfig 2 and blacklist

I have installed ISPConfig on Ubuntu 8.04 thanks to How-To.

Also i have installed Squirrelmail for webmail access.

How can user that has access to webmail modify mail blacklist (whitelist) and out-of-office message from Squirrelmail (installed as tool for ISPConfig)?

I don't think it will work (it's also pretty old, was probably written for SpamAssassin 2, not 3), but you can try it.
