Default postfix log in real time on a web page

Is it possible to set up a web page showings the log from postfix as mail come in and go out in real time.? Is there a howto?

You'd have to refresh that page every few seconds.

I think the best idea might be to follow the howto
here Postfix Monitoring With Mailgraph And pflogsumm On Debian Etch same for lenny I expect
