Strange error starting pure-ftpd

this is a new install, when I try to start the ftp service I get

root@ispconfig:/etc/init.d# ./pure-ftpd-mysql restart
Restarting ftp server: /usr/sbin/pure-ftpd-wrapper: Invalid configuration file /etc/pure-ftpd/conf/DontResolve: "‘yes’" not convertible to true or false

Any ideas :/

What's in /etc/pure-ftpd/conf/DontResolve?
Which distribution are you using?
