Default How to backup ubuntu 8.04 server remotely?

Hi. I have a ubuntu 8.04 Server with ISPConfig 2.2.27 at remote IDC, I need to be able to backup the image onto my local linux computer or windows computer, how do I backup it? can I do it remotely?
