Same problem here with Ubuntu 8.10.

Now it's working with Inco's solution, but you must put a space between "-d" and "vmail":

flags=R user=vmail argv=/usr/bin/maildrop -d vmail ${extension} ${recipient} ${user} ${domain} ${sender}
