Postfix, Dovecot, LDAP & Virtualmin, need help

A guide on how to get Postfix, Dovecot, LDAP and Virtualmin playing nice would be great. I followed the guide here, but can't get it working fully, I keep getting authentication errors when trying to send mail (I can login to receive mail fine)
