Problems with receiving mail

Hi Chaps,

Hope you can be of help? I've recently installed ISPConfig and all seems to be going well i have set a site up and it is working, I have also set 2 users up to try out the mail. Problem is with both outlook express using web1_kie as username and webmail (kieran@nmcl.ath.cx as username) it wont let me log in. Outlook express gives a "user name rejected" error and webmail gives "You cannot login with the username and password entered" i am getting the password right, im just lost, searched for a while but thought it was time to ask.
