Default reinstall of server -

I plan to reinstall my server due to severall problems.
what would be the best way to ensure I can import all the data after the reinstall?

I will reinstall the same debian version I have running now and I will use ISPcfg again.

any clues as to what I have to pay attention to? I would like to be able to import all my groups and users again, same with the sites as well
