Default open vpn

Hi i read that manual,

I want this open vpn in linux server and want to connect my cliecnts(remote clients)from windows machines is that possible.

clients should just have to give their user name and password.
The clients(windows) should be able to make their client connection from
accessories-communications -new connection wizard .Is this possible.

Regards Arun.v
