Suddenly can't receive email - please help
Hi there!
I'm running ISPConfig 2.2.28 on Ubuntu 8.04 32 bit.
A few days ago I stoped from receiving any email from the domain I have with Ispconfig.
However I'm able to send email from any account.
This is the var/log/mail.log (last lines):
Code:

Can anyone please help me on solving this issue?
Thanks in advance guys.
Regards.

Note: I also noticed that the .procmailrc permissions were 0644 wich caused procmail to complain (suspicious message in mail.log). I set it to 0640 and now that message is not showing anymore. Anyway I still can't receive any email.
I also notice that if I make any change regarding procmail config (in IspConfig control panel) the .procmailrc is set to 0644 again.
Is there any way to maintain the file permissions?

The file permissions that ISPConfig sets are ok, they can not be changed without programming and it is not nescessary to change them.
The mail delivery works fine according to the mail log. Please check that you enabled maildir under management > server > settings on the mail tab.

Thanks for answering till.
The maildir is checked. However, I will uncheck it, wait a couple of minutes and check it back again just in case.
I will update this thread with the results.
Apart from mail.log, is there any other way to get info on receiving emails?
Cheers.

I rechecked - uncheck, wait a couple of minutes and check it again -Maildir option as you told me and still can't receive emails.
Here is another mail.log extract after the changes:

It seems as if there's something wrong with the permissions. What's the output of
Code:
ls -la /var/www/web1/
?

Trying to solve one of my others issues (install extension in joomla) I guess I've changed the ownership of some directories/files.
However I do not remember how they were set originally...
