Default Creating a Dev Site on port 82

I've got a site that needs to be redone, but while it's being rebuilt I'd like the old version to stay available to it users. What seems like the easiest way to do this is to open another port, similar to the way the ISPConfig admin page is done on port 81. That way I can can develop using port, say 82 with mysite.com:82

How would you do this in ISPConfig? (or is there a better way?)
