Question /web and /user/.../web

Hey ppl

Can someone advice me regarding web directories?

When I create for example domain test.example.com and then site, vhosts doc root automatically points to /web directory. So I need to create user with administration rights to be able to access this /web directory and then this user copies all files and test.example.com is working.

But why do I need other /user/.../web directories? How to enable these sites working? Do I need to edit vhosts file manually?

Thanks

You can access them on:
http://www.domain.com/~username

whatever you put in /user/username/web will work as separate site
