Default Setting up cgi scripts

Ok I have been trying to get a script to work but everytime I run it I get a page not found error.

www.touchone.co.uk/form.html

runs

this www.touchone.co.uk/cgi-bin/novice.cgi with chmod 777

so can anyone tell me the problem with it.....

Fixed it..... nice of my isp to tell me that my cgi-bin is not where it was the last time I used it.... it will be nice to get my ispc box up and running so I dont have to mess with my crappy isp any more.
