Default Windows border disappear on Opensuse 11

on opensuse 11 with kde4 make me confuse, because window title and border is disappear missing, i don't now why this happen. Update is not helping. Please help me ..

All the logs in the /var/log directory.

Nop .. no errors on my logs ... maybe i lost my desktop setting .. now I reinstall Opensuse 11 and using gnome as my desktop... thank's for your response Falco ....
