Default Problem restarting apache

When I try to restart apache, in the ISP-server setup guide, i get the following error message
Code:
*ep: /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/include.load: No such file or directory
I went to that directory and I see the file is there..

Which of the setups do you use, SuSe, Fedora, Ubuntu or DEBIAN?
