Yes. I am trying to setup the "Perfect Server - Fedora 9" as outlined in your "How to Forge" article which included the following for ISP's and Hoster's:
Apache web server (SSL-capable) with PHP5 and Ruby,
Postfix mail server with SMTP-AUTH and TLS,
BIND DNS server,
Proftpd FTP server,
MySQL server,
Dovecot POP3/IMAP,
Quota, Firewall, etc."
My confusion is during the initial ISO install, it asks for the following information:
Server name: server1.example.com
IP: ??
Default Gateway: ??
Subnet mask ??
DNS 1 ??
DNS 2 ??
I want to make sure I configure this correctly and I am not sure where this information comes from. Is this the information provided by my ISP or are these parameters that I need to develop myself? Thanks for any help or direction you can provide.
