I can't recieve emails

Hello to everybody.

My server's hostname is server.domain.dom, the same domain that this problematic domain

I can not recieve e-mails but i can send. The mail log showme this:

Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table

In the virtualusertable i have this:

user@www.domain.dom username
username@www.domain.dom username


Well, let me say i can't make a co-domain of this domain, ispconfig says me: "The name .domain.dom is already in use by another site or domain.
The Domain belongs to another client."

It should be distinct name for the servers hostname or not matter?

You missed to add a co-domain domain.com with empty hostname field to the website www.domain.com.

Yes, that domain haven't got co-domain, but i can put it, as i explain in previus post

You can add this co-domain even if it is the hostname of the server as long as you do not activate a catchall email address in this website.
